Construction Supervisory Team
In keeping up with the standard that DNP had created, we pride ourselves in having a coordinated site supervision team. The workforce being deployed for our projects may vary depending on the projects’ complexity. As that may be, the site supervision team amongst ourselves are knowledgeable in our scope of works and proficient in our methods. The scope of work which the site supervision teams are conducting upon is as listed below:
- Ensuring site constructions or fabrications to be in conformance according to the drawings and specifications that had been issued.
- Supervising the contractor’s quality management through a quality team of our own.
- Supervising the contractor’s field measurements regularly as to ensure coordinated works.
- Supervising and monitoring the site laboratories to ensure right way of work.
- Planning and also conducting site meetings which are crucial in keeping up with the schedule and ensuring that the timeline being set are within expectation.
- Receiving and assessing of the contractor’s comments and solutions in the case of amendments needed to be done.
- Reviewing the progress reports submitted by the contractors to ensure that work progress is going towards the right direction.
- Reviewing the payment reports that had been submitted by the contractors and crosschecks with the progress of the projects.
The process of monitoring the projects during construction works is arduous and rigorous as each step must be supervised and checked to ensure effectiveness. With our site supervision teams comprising of specialized technicians being on the ground, we believe that it is achievable.
